Question: What are the Minimum Coach Restrictions?

Answer: Class A and certain Class Super-C Motorcoaches that are a minimum of 30' in length. Coaches that are over 10 years old are acceptable subject to teh condition and appearance of the Coach



Question: If I have a Casita Bungalow do I need to have a Motorcoach?

Answer: The short answer is Yes. For a bungalow to be occupied there must be a motorcoach on the pad and connected. This is a luxury motorcoach resort that caters specifically to the Class A and Super-C mortorcoach community.



Question: What is the specifications for a basic standard lot?

Answer: The base lot configuration comes as standard a 20' x 70' brick paver pad, Full Deep Service Hookups, 100-amp electrical supply, gas supply, 50% treed lot, Sound attenuating hedging between properties.



Question: Can I purchase a base lot and construct a Casita Bungalow and or upgrades to the landscaping in future?

Answer: Yes.



Question: Can I bring in my own contractors for construction of the Casita Bungalow and Landscaping?

Answer: In order to maintain the Highest quality construction and safety standards only contractors approved by the developer are permitted on the property.



Question: What is the construction timeline for Phase I?

Answer: Currently the timeline for the completion of the infrastructure, roads and utilities will be completed by spring 2021



Question: Can I rent my property?

Answer: Yes, however, all rentals are managed by the property management company and the lot owner receives 65% of the rental charges.
